Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment where toddlers can learn and grow through purposeful play and teacher-guided activities.
- Implement and maintain the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum with fidelity.
- Build warm, professional relationships with each child and family, maintaining consistent communication.
- Promote positive behavior through redirection, modeling, and clear expectations.
- Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Monitor and document children's development using assessments, portfolios, and daily communication tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom and follow health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and school leadership to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.
